Lake & Lore Apothecary was born in a quiet season of motherhood — in the in-between moments of nap times, late nights, and learning to slow down.

What started as a desire to care more intentionally for my own family quickly grew into something more. I found myself drawn back to simple, time-honoured ingredients — the kind our grandmothers trusted — and began creating small batch skincare rooted in nourishment, not compromise.

Every product is handcrafted using thoughtfully chosen ingredients like grass-fed tallow, rich plant butters, botanical oils, and gentle essential oils. No fillers, no shortcuts — just formulations designed to support the skin as it was meant to function.

As a mother of two, safety and simplicity are at the heart of everything I make. From our baby line to our everyday essentials, each product is created with the same care I give my own home.
